The Beautiful Game

Known as the ‘O Jogo Bonito’ by Pele himself, this gracious game of 22 players aiming to glide the ball into the net has become the most popular sport in the world. Bangladesh may be ranked 189th in the world, but the heyday’s in the 80’s and 90’s will never be forgotten. However, this ‘Jogo’ is still alive throughout the streets of Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong, with the objective being to enter the global stage: The World Cup.
